Your responsibilities

• Maintaining and continuously improving quality systems compliant with ISO 9001, ISO14001
• Management of quality department and quality systems development in accordance with company policy
• Close cooperation with other departments to optimize production processes, introduce new products (APQP) and solve quality problems
• Supervising of new products implementation process for production
• Developing quality control processes
• Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
• Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback
• Implement new solutions in area of quality
• Supervise quality alerts and ensure proper communication with customers
• Constant contact with customers in quality and NPI related issues
• Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product
• Monitoring, analysis and reporting of quality KPIs
• Supervision over the analysis of claims/internal problems and overview on corrective/ preventive actions
• Preparation of relevant quality documentation (FMEA, CP, process maps, procedures and instructions)
• Monitoring of supplier’s performance and co-operation with them
• Monitor compliance with the requirements of the process and customer standards
• Problem solving methodology usage in daily routine
• Training employees in quality standards and tools
• Continuous improvement of processes in the subordinate area and implementation of Lean Manufacturing
• Ensure compliance of operations with the procedures, standards and company policies
• Support and cooperation with quality department within Hydroline organization
• Management of company environmental system and relevant reporting
• Conducting of preparation for customer’s and third-party audits
• Responding to customer complaints (analysis of causes, determination of corrective actions, communication with the customer)
• Supporting continuous improvement projects: Participating in initiatives aimed at improving production processes, reducing quality costs and improving customer satisfaction

Our requirements

• Good planning skills
• Experience in quality systems building
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 requirements
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 3834
• Knowledge of manufacturing of steel components, welding and painting
• Experience in managing medium-sized groups of workers,
• Ability to read technical documentation (technical drawings, standards, material certificates)
• Ability to supervise and control the supervised area
• Knowledge of quality problems solving tools
• Good knowledge of technical documentation
• Good knowledge of quality control and quality assurance systems
• Good command in English
