Your responsibilities

• Manage projects to design and deploy global network concepts (e.g. for fleets, intermediaries, multipliers, industry partners) aligned with Division B’s strategic goals.
• Further enhance existing and develop new network concepts and specific modules to expand market reach and enable additional pull effect;
• Prepare workshop concepts for international roll-out, define guidelines and KPIs to support a successful deployment of the concepts;
• Market observation of global offers for service workshop concepts among all relevant market players (distributors, parts supplier, associations etc.);
• Define preconditions & requirements for including industry partners;
• Prepare framework conditions and rules to ensure deployment of consistent brand & customer experience across all members in all regions;
• Define setup, resources and budget plan to implement and execute concept and great corresponding BC;
• Define a global roll out plan in cooperation with regions & BLs and global Marketing.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in IWS (Independent Workshop Strategy) networks or loyalty program strategy – ideally with hands-on involvement in designing, managing, or scaling workshop networks.
• Deep understanding of how IWS models contribute to customer retention, service consistency, and market expansion, especially in the context of passenger car fleets and aftermarket services.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a clear outside-in perspective and deep knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Background in workshop concept or network management (from workshop, distributor, fleet, or insurance side), with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable service models.
• Excellent influencing and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential – you’ll be working in an international environment and collaborating with global teams.
