Your responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement – build, deploy and continuously develop a sustainable
• Continuous Improvement framework, roadmap & agenda for all E2E Planning & Supply teams,
• Define & deploy appropriate tools to support operational teams (Pareto, 5-Whys, RCA, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.).
• Ensure measuring of CI success and promoting learnings and best practice.

Our requirements

• Lean Belt / Six Sigma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in Planning & Supply Chain Management
• Proven leadership and motivation skills
• Effective problem and conflict resolution skills and proven team focus - desirable
• Trainer or coaching certification - desirable
