Your responsibilities

• Invoice Processing
• Vendor Query Tool Maintenance
• Generating standard reports as defined within the AP process and ad hoc requests, as required by the team leader
• (Period end) Processing and reporting
• Ensuring regular and effective communication with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and suppliers
• Contributing to achievement of Accounts Payable performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements

Our requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (or studies in progress)
• Up to 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable
• English fluency at the B2 level or higher
• Good understanding of financial processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details and analytical skills
• Proactive behavior and a commitment to continuous learning
