Twój zakres obowiązków

• Providing IFRS-related support to regional finance teams, in collaboration with more senior team members.
• Participating in the review of reporting packages and financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS.
• Supporting implementation projects and contributing to improvements in accounting and reporting processes.
• Cooperating with local finance teams, auditors, and key internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of internal IFRS-related training sessions.
• Monitoring changes in IFRS regulations and contributing to related adaptation initiatives.

Wymagania pracodawcy

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field (additional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA - nice to have).
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a finance department or audit (Big4 experience preferred).
• Proficient communication/business-level English and Italian - mandatory (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Good knowledge of IFRS, with understanding of the application and interpretation of standards.
• Practical experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI).
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
