Your responsibilities

• Proactively initiate and drive internal events, workshops, and technology showcases to maximize visibility of our innovations
• Identify internal conferences, and company events where our technologies should be showcased
• Write engaging content for various internal communication channels that translate technical updates into clear messaging
• Manage end-to-end event execution covering all organizational and logistical requirements.
• Create multimedia content including photos, videos, and short promotional materials to document events and showcase technology demonstrations
• Work with various teams within the department to ensure coordinated messaging and unified promotional approach

Our requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Some experience organizing events through school, clubs, or volunteer activities
• Strong writing skills with ability to create clear, engaging content in English
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about AI, Extended Reality, and robotics
• Familiarity with photo/video editing tools and ability to create simple multimedia content
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
