About the project

• Are you passionate about improve quality of life at home? If so, we invite you to apply for the exciting role of Product Owner for Home Connect!
• As a PO, you will work closely with development teams, PMs, RTE, architects, system teams, and business representatives to ensure valuable increments are delivered iteratively and aligned with the overall solution roadmap. You will operate at the Team Level within SAFe, collaborating within a larger Solution Train.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog based on business value and technical input
• Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Architects to turn visionary concepts into well-defined features.
• Break down high-level requirements into actionable and user-friendly stories that guide our development process.
• Participate in PI Planning and team events (e.g., iteration planning, reviews)
• Act as voice of the customer and contact person for sub-product
• Align with other POs and stakeholders across teams and Agile Release Train
• Prioritize bug-fixing efforts within your sub-product, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Product Ownership or Business Analysis
• At least 2 years working in SAFe, LeSS, or similar scaled Agile environments
• Experience in IoT, Smart Home, or mobile-connected product ecosystems is an advantage
• Technical background
• Strong communication skills
• Language skills (English B2+/C1)
• Entrepreneur-oriented attitude
• Team player, fast learner and trend follower, willing to work in a team
