Your responsibilities

• Taking actions to support building an organizational culture based on the Company's core values (as part of a team).
• Participating in regular evaluations of selected aspects of organizational culture, including recommending, planning, and supporting the implementation of actions based on the results.
• Supporting Employees and the internal team of Culture Ambassadors in promoting attitudes, beliefs, and values aligned with the PEJ’s Safety Culture Code.
• Facilitating internal meetings and conducting internal training sessions on safety culture.
• Supporting the creation and distribution of communication materials.
• Supporting the development of internal organizational documentation.

Our requirements

• University degree, preferably in psychology or sociology
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a role involving organizational culture development
• Experience in introducing organizational changes, co-leading development projects, and organizing internal company events;
• Ability to create informational and training materials, internal communication, and presentations;
• Attitudes and values consistent with a strong organizational culture that prioritizes safety and quality of work;
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, a proactive approach, and openness to teamwork;
• MS Office/365 environment familiarity;
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level or higher (working in an international environment and with English-language sources); C1 preferred;
• Security clearance authorizing access to classified information at least at the “confidential” level, or willingness to undergo, upon employment, the procedure for obtaining security clearance authorizing access to classified information.
