Your responsibilities

• The M&R Coordinator role is set within the Container Management department that is responsible for container inventory control to ensure sufficient inventory of containers is available to customers for export.
• Coordinating M&R activities in Europe and Africa
• Performing desktop and physical depot audits, which will involve frequent business trips to depots with which the M&R department cooperates
• Minimising repair costs in container damage estimates
• Controlling whether the vendors adhere to guidelines issued by the Headquarters
• Coordinating claim recovery for damaged containers
• Analysing M&R costs, identifying potential savings
• Communicating effectively and cooperating with relevant departments to complete tasks successfully
• Providing just-in-time services to the highest standards and culture expectations
• Managing long-stay containers

Our requirements

• Min. 1 year of working experience in container repairs and maintenance is a must
• Willingness to travel on business
• Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Effective communication
• Orientation to detail

Optional

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Communicative English, written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of Google sheets or MS EXCEL
• Knowledge of an additional European language
