Your responsibilities

• Reception management (receiving guests, answering phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and internal documents)
• Availability for 5 days a week in the office
• Management of the Showroom - reservation system, collaboration with the project manager, coordination of meetings
• Logistical coordination of events held on the conference floor
• Ability to professionally handle guest service, including large groups
• Preparing office orders
• Coordinating cleaning staff activities
• Ensuring the proper technical condition and cleanliness of office spaces
• Reporting irregularities to technical staff and office administration
• Assistance in ongoing administrative team tasks

Our requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Very good knowledge of English
• Professional experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• Familiarity with computer operations (including MS Office suite) and office equipment
• Communication skills and ease of establishing contacts
• Ability to work under time pressure
