Your responsibilities

• Manage customer orders for spare parts, including planning international transport (road, air, sea) using SAP.
• Analyze orders to determine shipping needs, timing, and cost-effective transport solutions.
• Act as the main contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and issues.
• Coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate daily with logistics partners (e.g., DHL) to secure smooth handling from supplier to customer.
• Ensure high-quality service by following up on orders, resolving non-conformities, and keeping customers informed.
• Suggest and implement improvements to speed up deliveries and optimize internal workflows.
• Support projects related to warehousing, process improvements, and supplier collaboration.
• Prioritize and coordinate urgent requests with colleagues to find fast, effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer-specific requirements and logistics best practices.
