About the project

• We are partnering with a top-tier European bank undergoing a Core Transformation Initiative, and we're seeking a Senior AWS Engineer to support both the Build and Run phases of the program. This is a high-impact, production-critical engagement focused on automation, CI/CD enablement, and operational excellence.
• It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM)
• Automate infrastructure and configuration management primarily using Chef
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Argo CD, and Artifactory
• Ensure observability through tools like ELK stack and Grafana
• Support Oracle WebLogic and Oracle DB administration tasks
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis for production systems

Our requirements

• Strong expertise with AWS services: EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM
• Infrastructure Automation with Chef or Ansible
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, Argo CD, Artifactory, ELK, Grafana
• Readiness for otational on-call support

Optional

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Database admin/configuration
