Your responsibilities

• Planning, negotiating, and executing the procurement of vehicles and other transportation assets.
• Leading and managing the fleet operations team, including setting goals, supporting development, and overseeing day-to-day performance.
• Overseeing and coordinating fleet financing processes.
• Collaborating with suppliers and negotiating contract terms (including insurance).
• Monitoring and analyzing the automotive market to identify new procurement opportunities.
• Managing the fleet budget and optimizing operational costs.
• Supervising documentation related to vehicle procurement and financing.
• Collaborating with the legal department to ensure contract compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitoring fleet technical condition and working with the service department to ensure regular inspections and repairs.
• Maintaining and updating the vehicle database, including registration, insurance, and operational cost records.
• Developing and implementing fleet management strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
• Tracking and analyzing trends in the fleet industry and implementing best practices.
• Initiating and executing projects aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and enhancing fleet sustainability.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the automotive market and experience in supplier contract negotiations.
• Experience in managing operations processes.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Category B driving license.
