Twój zakres obowiązków

• Current financial operations of the Company;
• Booking of purchase invoices;
• Controlling of expenses;
• Proper preparation and submission the VAT declarations;
• Organizing the accounting processes and procedures in accordance with local regulations and corporate requirements related to the Company's main business: online stores and merchandise trading (brand new, refurbished and used);
• Ensuring work with systems which are robust, compliant and support the ongoing operations and liquidity growth;
• Completing and filing monthly the management raports in accordance with statutory and IFRS standards;
• Preparing annual, statutory  financial statements; taking care of the financial statements’ audits;
• Providing analyses required by the Company's headquarters and superiors;
• Planning the annual budget - and updating if necessary
• Management of the Company's budget (cash inflows and outflows, loans, selection of bank(s) and cooperation with them);
• Management of the credit function (grant lines of credit, timely collection of receivables, control of problematic cases, etc.);
• Continuous work on scaling the company;
• Reducing EOF, improving efficiency;
• Others, ensuring proper operation of the Company and its development.

Nasze wymagania

• Education in finance, accounting, or economics (Master);
• Relevant work experience of more than 5 years;
• Excellent working knowledge English;
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships;
• Experience in Production environments;
• Commercial and business awareness.
