• We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant (internal title Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist), who will support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is based in Poland. If you would like to gain experience in multinational and global environment with focus on recruitment practices have look, who are we looking for.
• Main responsibilities:
• 🔹Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates, in English and in German.
• 🔹Preparation and posting job ads online, in English and in German.
• 🔹Initial applicant phone screening, in English and in German.
• 🔹Supporting recruiting team with clerical duties.
• 🔹Maintenance of candidate database, in English and in German.

Our requirements

• Proficient communication in English and German,
• Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn hiring practices and processes,
• Strong organizational skills, detail-orientation and problem-solving ability,
• Very good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word,
• Experience and pleasure in communicating with various stakeholders.

Optional

• If you have previous experience in recruitment and in any recruitment system, that will be a strong asset.
