Your responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle (onboarding, contracts, documentation, background checks, personal data, offboarding, personnel files) for the Europe region.
  • Schedule interviews and post job openings for the Europe region.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and leaders.
  • Support employees with local regulations, HR policies, procedural questions, and Workday inquiries
  • Manage HR invoice-related tasks, including processing, tracking, and resolving invoice issues in coordination with internal teams and external vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries.
  • Support internal initiatives and projects aimed at streamlining processes and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR processes, programs, and policies to support employees effectively.
  • Keep process documentation current in the HR Knowledge Hub (SharePoint).

Our requirements

  • Professional Experience & Languages
  • • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Operations
  • • Demonstrated success in supporting initiatives that optimize operations and improve process efficiency
  • • Fluency in English and Polish (required)
  • • Knowledge of French or German is a plus
  • Technical & Analytical Skills
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • • Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is an advantage
  • • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • • Eagerness to leverage technology and continuously improve HR processes
  • Communication, Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Professional and diplomatic approach to building strong relationships with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders
