Your responsibilities

• 🚀 The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for the planning and development processes for the portfolio of sales tools to promote and sell METTLER TOLEDO's Process Analytics equipment.
• This role is responsible for creating tools that the sales channel will use to convert leads through our sales funnel, from prospect to quote to order. Additionally, this role is responsible for coaching stakeholders on how to create and improve content, as well as managing the creation, lifecycle, and retirement of sales tools.
• Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• 🔹Develop clear, high-quality internal training materials by synthesizing input from sales representatives; ensure timely delivery, track progress, and maintain project documentation to keep all stakeholders informed,
• 🔹Cooperate closely with PRO Division Marketing Team members to align sales tools effectively with overall marketing strategy,
• 🔹Serve as a subject matter expert on sales tool creation, providing guidance and coaching to stakeholders to develop impactful sales materials,
• 🔹Collaborate as a co-owner of the division's Sales Enablement Tool (SET), overseeing content validation, page creation, accurate tagging, feedback resolution, and management of cleanup and enhancement tasks within your scope.
• The role may require occasional travel to Switzerland or other countries.

Our requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in field sales, inside sales or telesales or engineering,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong willingness to quickly learn new tools,
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), strong communication, and organizational skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
