Your responsibilities

• Large plant construction experience sufficient and necessary
• Technical support and independent implementation of work safety monitoring and construction progress at the construction site.
• Issuing permits for employees and external companies
• Technical support and advice in the development, improvement and implementation of safety measures on construction sites.
• Operational support of project, EHS and construction management with regard to occupational safety and environmental protection during construction and updating of plans, assembly instructions and risk assessments/process descriptions.
• Independent implementation and control of the EHS plan / construction site regulations, adaptation, communication and implementation of legal and corporate guidelines on occupational health and safety and environmental protection, especially towards subcontractors.
• Independent implementation of EHS instructional and training plans, implementation of EHS instructions, toolkit lectures, etc.
• Technical communication with subcontractor foremen and fitters and the project team
• Willingness to occasional work - 6 days or evening/ night shifts on this project

Our requirements

• GERMAN - B2 -C1 is mandatory
• Experience in the field of HSE
• Self-employment is required
• A minimum of 5 years' work experience and 3 in a similar position
• Proactive solving of technical and organizational problems.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Project, Excel, Word).
• Ability to make quick decisions.
• Driving license B
