Your responsibilities

• As part of the team within Procurement you will support the Purchaser worldwide as a centralized team and take over complete processes or part processes to ensure the success of Everllence, former MAN Energy Solutions, and the decarbonization strategy. We are looking for an employee – for administrative / operative and support tasks withing Procurement for our site in Poznan. As part of the team of highly motivated employees, you can expect exciting and varied procurement supporting tasks.
• We can offer you the following tasks
• • Responsibility for the operational procurement of goods, materials or services
• • Obtaining, comparing and, if necessary, negotiating offers
• • Ensuring the timely delivery and quality of ordered goods
• • Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, logistics and quality assurance
• • Maintenance of purchasing data in the ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training or studies in the field of business administration, supply chain management or comparable
• First professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
• Fluent knowledge of German or English
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Organizational talent and ability to work in a team
