Your responsibilities

• Sales reports preparation.
• Calculations of profitability on projects and production orders.
• Active participation in budget and periodic forecast preparation, monitoring of execution level and variances analyses.
• Preparation of reports and ongoing business analysis for individual departments and management.
• Maintaining constant and active collaboration with partners from various business areas (Sales, Production, Development, HR) to ensure the provision of appropriate, up-to-date, and accurate financial information and analyses necessary for making business decisions.
• Participation in the month-end closing process and periodic financial results reporting, including the analysis of variances.
• Participation in the creation of new reporting tools and the development of BI systems.
• Ongoing cooperation with regional Board and Group's headquarters.

Our requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English, very good communication skills (min B2+).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Controller, Financial Controller, Sales Analyst, or similar role with experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Education in finance, accounting, economics or similar.
• Very good Excel skills are a must.
• Ability to consolidate data from various databases and systems.
• High skills in data analysis, processing, and accurate interpretation.
• Ability to work under time pressure, excellent organizational skills, and independence.
• Experience in reporting with Qlik Sense will be a significant advantage.
