Your responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of local policies and procedures;
• Ensure proper execution and monitoring of compliance with established procedures;
• Lead the preparation for internal and external audits;
• Support effective decision-making within the scope of compliance and risk management;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as the key point of contact for the FCG and SAP security areas;
• Drive process optimization through control improvements, system enhancements, and new implementations;
• Ensure operational controls are in place and aligned with company policies;
• Prepare reports and presentations for Senior Management based on defined requirements;
• Provide guidance and day-to-day leadership to a small team (currently one direct report);

• Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and time-management capabilities;
• Solid understanding of auditing standards, compliance frameworks, and control testing practices;
• Experience in managing both internal and external audits, including the provision of control evidence;
• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business);
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Office suite);
• Fluency in both English and Polish, written and verbal (minimum B2 level);
• A professional qualification such as ACCA or CIA is considered an asset;
