Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the global B2B sales process, focusing on mid-sized and large industrial clients across multiple sectors
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with the company’s global growth objectives
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international sales team across key markets (currently 7 persons in different countries)
  • Streamline and continuously improve commercial processes and sales operations, including the implementation of structured work organization, reporting systems, CRM tools, and pricing policy
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership by providing sales forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic input
  • Ensure execution of sales plans and achievement of revenue targets across international markets
  • Personally engage in high-level client meetings and presentations, especially with R&D departments, technical engineers, and B2B partners

Employer requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Director or equivalent senior commercial role
  • Proven success in international B2B sales within the broader industrial sector, preferably in mechanical engineering, machinery, or HVAC-related products
  • Strong technical acumen—ability to effectively communicate with engineers and technical sales teams, often presenting and supporting product solutions directly to engineering and R&D professionals
  • Hands-on experience across diverse sales channels (OEM, distributors, digital/e-marketing)
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Machine Design is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing international sales teams and KPI-driven processes
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into operational results
  • Practical knowledge of marketing management and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous
  • High mobility is essential – the role involves frequent international travel, particularly across the USA, EU, and potentially Asia in the near future
