Your responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning of the company’s accounting processes in compliance with local and international standards
• Supervise the accuracy of accounting records in ERP system
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor and report the company’s financial performance through defined KPIs and financial indicators
• Develop budgets and perform monthly variance analyses
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures
• Assess and manage financial risks, including credit and market risk
• Develop financial forecasts and perform economic and financial analyses for the Management Board
• Ensure full compliance with tax authority requirements, including VAT, CIT, and Transfer Pricing documentation (TPD)
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Liaise with tax advisors, legal consultants, banks, and relevant authorities as needed
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and Finance Department in Denmark
• Support the implementation of company policies, goals, and actively participate in development and commercial initiatives

Our requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong understanding of the Accounting Act, tax regulations (VAT, CIT), and financial reporting standards
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., DAX, SAP, Navision / Business Central) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven experience in team management
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
