About the project

• ALTEN is looking for a technically strong SAP BTP Solution Architect who understands the full potential of SAP Business Technology Platform and is capable of designing scalable, innovative solutions around it.
• This is not a classic Product Owner role — we’re seeking an architect who thinks strategically, designs holistically, and leads BTP-based solution delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction and long-term architecture vision for SAP BTP across the organization
• Design end-to-end BTP-based architectures, aligning technology with business goals
• Identify and drive use cases for automation, integration, data modeling, and analytics
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to guide technical decisions
• Ensure governance, scalability, and best practices in BTP platform usage
• Act as a technical leader, not just a coordinator — hands-on and vision-driven

Our requirements

• We’re looking for someone who understands all five SAP BTP pillars:
• App Development: Fiori, custom extensions
• Integration: SAP CPI, SAP API Management, cloud-native integration
• Automation: Workflow, RPA, process automation
• Data & Analytics: SAP DataSphere, advanced data modeling
• AI: Intelligent document processing and other embedded services
• 4–5+ years of experience with SAP BTP or similar cloud-based SAP environments
• Solid expertise in SAP CPI, SAP API Management, and SAP DataSphere
• Experience designing and/or leading implementation of BTP-based solutions
• Ability to think architecturally and act strategically
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Excellent communication skills — able to speak both “business” and “tech” fluently
• Experience working across cross-functional teams
