Your responsibilities

• Plan, implement, maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with Nuclear Regulator, ISO and IAEA requirements.
• Manage the IMS and Safety Culture Department, including leadership, mentoring and development of team members.
• Support Management Board and Process Owners in fulfilling IMS-related responsibilities.
• Plan IMS processes and strategies ensuring compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external IMS assessments (e.g., audits, self-assessments, expert reviews, regulator and IAEA missions)
• Lead IMS management reviews and safety culture improvement initiatives.
• Supervise requirements management processes including identification, configuration, and change management.Promote strong safety culture aligned with nuclear industry standards.

Our requirements

• University degree, preferably in quality management, IMS, process management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in management systems, including 3 years in a leadership role managing people and processes.
• Working knowledge of variety international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IAEA safety standards.
• Experience in project management and business analytics techniques.
• Familiarity with auditing and compliance methodologies.
• Experience with process management tools (e.g., MS Office 365, SharePoint, Visio, ARIS).
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Excellent communication skills, independence, and strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to nuclear safety and safety culture values.
