Your responsibilities

• Telephone contact in German (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
• Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
• Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
• Ongoing e-mail communication in German and English
• Collaboration with other teams and internal customers

Our requirements

• Around 2/3 years in accounts receivable area
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• German min. C1
• Advanced English B2/C1
• Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office package, Knowledge of MS Dynamics would be an advantage
• Highly developed self-organization
