Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement changes in end-to-end business processes as part of transformation projects.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation.
• Identify gaps, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities within SAP processes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams (both local and international) to ensure process changes align with organizational needs.
• Communicate changes to stakeholders and prepare training and documentation materials.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and support testing activities.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in change management or process projects within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in business process documentation using BPMN 2.0 (experience with tools like Signavio, ARIS, or Bizagi is a plus).
• Solid understanding of SAP (modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO or others) and how business processes are reflected and configured in SAP.
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of process dependencies within an organization.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+).
