Your responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable solutions in Java
• Optimize application performance and ensure efficient use of system resources
• Design, query, and optimize databases with deep understanding of data structures and query performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Our requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Proven experience in software architecture and system design
• Strong focus on performance optimization (profiling, tuning, scalability)
• Advanced understanding of databases: indexing, query optimization, data modeling, transaction handling
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and their impact on performance
• Hands-on experience with popular Java frameworks such as Spring (Boot, MVC), Hibernate, JPA, and Apache Kafka
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and architectural decisions
