Your responsibilities

  • Support media relations activities.
  • Co-manage corporate social media channels (LinkedIn), including content creation and publishing.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal employee and corporate events.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the company intranet, performing regular updates etc.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing documentation, schedules, and timelines.
  • Support and implement employer branding initiatives and projects.
  • Draft and edit content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, and email announcements in both Polish and English.
  • Actively participate in internal projects and provide communication support.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams and various departments across the organization.
  • Contribute to corporate communication projects aligned with global strategy.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives and prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Coordinate with the company’s headquarters and other departments to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and progress reporting of corporate communication activities.

Our requirements

  • 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience in PR or corporate communication roles, preferably in an assistant or junior capacity.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and varied promotional content (e.g., press releases, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, emails).
  • Excellent command of both Polish and English (C1 level); strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Good understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn), with an eye for compelling and professional content.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, diligent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms for intranet content management is desired.
