Your responsibilities

  • You will work as part of the Team in Warsaw for Keller in Austria and Switzerland
  • You will ensure that all aspects of Purchase to Pay (PtP) process are managed effectively
  • You will be responsible for correct and timely processing of incoming invoices, travel expenses, credit card transactions and payments
  • Together with the Team you will have in your scope variety of Purchase to Pay process, including:
  • Invoice and goods receipts processing
  • Expense management
  • Credit and petrol cards settlement
  • Vendor and employees' payments
  • Vendor master data
  • Assistance in monthly cash forecasting
  • Month end closing activities
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Reporting of business metrics and KPIs
  • Internal Controls

Our requirements

  • We are looking for a German speaker (min. level of B1) with prior experience in PtP department
  • You need to be an active SAP user
  • You need to have a good command of English
  • The position is for a candidate who is a team player, good communicator and wants to have an impact on the way things are done.
