• • Locations: We are currently seeking candidates for positions in Aleksandrów Łódzki and Łódź to start in October-November 2025
• • Duration: 9-12 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position upon successful completion of the program)
• As a participant in our program, you will:
• • Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business.
• • Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.
• • Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.

Our requirements

• Are you a 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance?
• Are you fluent in Polish?
• Are you proficient in English?
• Do you possess strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills?
• Do you believe you have excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams?
• Can you effectively manage your time to achieve even the most ambitious goals?
