Your responsibilities

• Participation in projects aimed at supporting the implementation of the Global CX strategy
• Ongoing cooperation with markets, and with different Global Functions such as Customer Service, IT and digital product owners
• Data analysis and preparation of reports and recommendations
• Reporting and managing quality indicators (KPIs) for the CX area
• Identification of potential improvement opportunities at all customer touchpoints
• Administrating and setting up survey in the Customer Experience Management platform and in the Oriflame app

Our requirements

• Students of 3-5th year or fresh graduates of relevant studies in: Statistics, Data Management or Marketing
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills are a must
• Basic knowledge in Excel, Word and Power point
• Excellent team player
• Dynamic and self-motivated
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
