Your responsibilities

• Developing integrated local marketing strategy for one of our Brands incl. dealer marketing, market research and customer insights and liaising with global vision
• Partner for senior management in developing quarterly business plans to drive brand growth, sales and profit
• Media & Non-media national budget management and reporting
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns (offline, online, branded content marketing, social, viral, direct marketing, brand advocacy, CRM, events, close cooperation with PR) aimed to increase Sales Conversion Rate & build loyalty
• Managing and evaluating media and creative agencies
• Managing all marketing communications in own media channels (e.g. websites, SoMe, CRM, brand apps, POS materials, dealer websites)
• Following the guidelines from Multibrand Departments
• GDPR coordination for Marketing Department

Our requirements

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing activities – budget management, executing media campaigns, SoMe, CRM
• Recommended experience with relevant software applications f. ex. SAP, Salesforce, Google Analytics
• Problem analysis skills
• Fluent English
• Computer literacy (advanced knowledge of MS Office)
• Good organizational, presentation & communication skills
• Customer centric approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills & can-do attitude
