Your responsibilities

• Coordinate product flow by working in a fast-paced team environment to meet the needs of the client and internal stakeholders
• Create inbound and outbound shipments, consolidate orders, optimize orders from a cost/service standpoint
• Properly monitor shipments for customers to ensure on time, accurate and satisfactory deliveries
• Act as a subject matter expert and perform various logistics activities such as, delivery execution and exception management activities like urgent deliveries to our customers, database maintenance, shortage resolution, E&O inventory management
• Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous work experience in logistics, transportation, operations or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
• SAP experience
• Previous project management experience
• Exposure to Logistics activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (polish&english)
• Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
