Your responsibilities

• conducting an analysis of the “current state” of existing process documentation together with business areas;
• creating a process map (levels 2-4) together with process owners (groups) by documenting and mapping all relevant processes;
• creating value chain documentation together with the value chain owner;
• supporting relevant roles in the implementation and management of changes;
• supporting the monitoring and improvement of implemented processes based on feedback;
• accompanying continuous improvement processes in terms of methodology and tools;
• actively participating in a peer group/community to promote and continuously develop process management methodologies and tools.

Our requirements

• experience in creating process maps and instructions or experience in project/process management or migration of processes;
• B2 level of German language and communicative level of English language;
• willingness to travel to Gutersloh, Germany, for training purposes;
• good Team-player able to work in cross cultural team;
• attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
