Your responsibilities

• Posting of Purchase and Sales Invoices
• Reconciliation of Sales Invoices with Packing Slips
• Communication with Purchase/Logistics Departments to Investigate Discrepancies
• Liaison with Vendors and Customers
• Intercompany (IC) Balance Reconciliation and Discrepancy Resolution
• Preparation of Intercompany Compensation Proposals
• Foreign Exchange (FX) Rate Updates
• Payroll Journal Posting
• Daily Bank Statement Posting and Month-End Bank Reconciliation
• General Ledger (GL) Account Posting and Reconciliation
• Monthly Shipment Volume and Value Analysis
• Matching Delivery Documents and Packing Slips with Sales Invoices
• Customer Master Data Creation and Verification
• Preparation of Payment Proposals
• Input and Output VAT Verification
• VAT Data Analysis and Documentation Submission to Tax Authorities upon Request
• Cash Reconciliation and Cash Register Posting
• Verification and Posting of Business Travel Expenses
• Participation in Internal and External Audits and Controls
• Support on General Financial Matters and Cross-Departmental Cooperation

Our requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills
• Independence, good work organization, and commitment
• English language skills sufficient for daily communication with suppliers, customers, and the branch in Denmark
