Your responsibilities

• Contribute to excellent IFRS accounting – Act as a subject matter expert for IFRS-related topics within the Fresenius Digital Technology Group and support the parent company in developing and implementing precise accounting guidelines and processes
• Advising and supporting subsidiaries – Serve as the go-to expert for our international subsidiaries, assisting them with complex IFRS accounting issues and providing high-quality solutions
• Drive financial reporting – Oversee quarterly IFRS reporting for two subsidiaries of Fresenius Digital Technology GmbH, ensuring efficient and timely reporting to our parent company
• Ensure financial compliance – Conduct regular balance sheet reviews within our subsidiaries and support the implementation of internal control systems
• Subsidiary management – Take on tasks related to subsidiary management within the Fresenius Digital Technology Group (e.g., maintaining the group-wide subsidiary management tool, coordinating shareholder resolutions)
• Support transformation – Assist in standardizing processes and implementing new IFRS standards, tools, and systems across the Fresenius Digital Technology Group

Our requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Accounting, or Finance with a focus on international accounting and/or auditing
• More than 5 years of experience at a leading auditing firm (Big 4, Next 10) or in the accounting department of a publicly listed company in internal audit
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• A structured, independent, and team-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Office 365; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
