About the project

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Fiori deployment initiatives across multiple international markets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating timelines, scope, and deliverables, while closely collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position focuses on delivering B2C solutions, particularly within order-to-cash (O2C) processes.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP Fiori deployment projects in international environments
• Coordinate project timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements related to SAP functionalities
• Drive implementation of SAP B2C solutions, with a focus on O2C workflows
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals

Our requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management experience leading medium-to-large-scale projects
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing SAP Fiori projects (must-have)
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and modules
• Solid experience in order-to-cash (O2C) processes in B2C environments
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, LEAN, Six Sigma, BPM)
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination
• Fluent in English, including business-level communication, storytelling, and change management

Optional

• Experience working with PMI or in regulated industries
• Familiarity with change enablement frameworks and tools
• Exposure to large-scale SAP transformation programs
