Your responsibilities

• Work as a Project Team Member and cooperate with different stakeholders to deliver documentation;
• Handle project documentation in our DMS;
• Submit project documentation in Customer’s DMS;
• Being a contact point to the Client regarding documentation;
• Participating in continuous development of our DMS;
• Quality control of documents;
• Educating colleagues in DMS.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of procedures, good practices and mechanisms of project documents management;
• Experience in management of documents flow based on formalized mechanisms such as transmittals for incoming/outgoing documents;
• Experience in management of project master document registers (several hundred documents or more);
• Knowledge of standards relevant to documents workflow in project environment (revisions, statuses, reasons for issue, comment sheets, third party approvals, etc.);
• Ability to set-up and execute an efficient document flow within a project team or an organization (coordination of reviewing process, etc.);
• Knowledge of engineering document types, names and purpose would be an advantage;
• Experience in operation of computer systems dedicated to document management (other than Excel spreadsheet) would be an advantage;
• Educational background is not essential but Technical Designer or similar would be an advantage;
• Dedicated team player;
• Good communication skills;
• Understand the importance of building long-term relations;
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing;
• Meticulous, organized and precise.
