Your responsibilities

• Supporting the operation of business processes, data, and company applications in the area of Material and Warehouse Management (MM&WM) - in terms of their design, development, modification, and improvement
• Ensuring the proper operation of the above-mentioned process in the system tools used, in accordance with business needs and IT best practices
• Following the established schedule for projects
• Preparing and updating documentation related to business processes, project requirements, and IT procedures
• Ensuring application compliance with adopted documentation standards and internal audit recommendations
• Collaborating with technical and business teams, as well as other global IT teams within the company
• Cooperating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best system/process performance

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of processes and configuration handling in the area of material and warehouse management in SAP ECC and SAP S4
• Experience in handling the SAP system in other areas related to MM and WM - Sales, Transport - is welcome
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• Independence, commitment, and openness to diverse tasks
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Communication skills allowing for building lasting relationships with business partners
• Conscientiousness and accuracy in task execution
• Ability to work in a team
