Your responsibilities

  • Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);
  • Meeting targets set by the client and management;
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;

Our requirements

  • Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1) or Slovak (C1) and advanced knowledge of English (B1 level);
  • Experience: Customer Service experience would be a benefit, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
  • Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan;
  • Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Tech savvy background, ability to solve problems, troubleshooting skills;
  • Attention to detail;
