Your responsibilities

• Working in an international environment, in close cooperation with other central departments and the local MAN sales organization
• Managing orders for new vehicles from release in production to invoice to the customer, ensuring optimized cycle times and increasing customer satisfaction
• Prioritization vehicles based on specified criteria and pursue sustainable prioritization right up to the customer
• Creation KPI reports, various analyses and optimize them in terms of content and architecture
• Preparation and conduct performance dialogues with the National Sales Companies with a focus on reducing cycle times

Our requirements

• University degree, preferably in economics/computer science or related field
• Very good knowledge of German and English at a min. B2 level (spoken and written)
• Independently very structured way of working skills and highly self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of setting up and optimizing database queries
