Your responsibilities

• Provide sourcing activities in IT & Telco category for France and other EU countries.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal value for the company.
• Review and validate Purchase Requests in accordance with internal procurement policies.
• Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all purchasing activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert and internal advisor on procurement processes and policies, providing guidance to other parties when necessary.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and contribute to achieving procurement savings targets.
• Collaborate with global and local Procurement teams across Europe to align on sourcing activities and strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure quality and improvement.
• Analyze market trends, vendors, and emerging technologies to support informed sourcing decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to procurement activities.
• Actively engage in cross-country projects and structural initiatives.
• Support team collaboration by sharing knowledge, providing help to colleagues, and fostering a positive and solution-oriented team environment.

Our requirements

• Preferable 3-4 years of sourcing experience in Procurement or Supply chain management.
• Interest in the IT&Telco supply market and developments.
• Good negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage contracts, vendors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to engage in projects.
• Experience working in an international team.
