Your responsibilities

  • Manage purchase requisition triage,
  • Ensure accurate financial coding and tax assignment for purchase orders
  • Support oversight of travel booking, expenses, and administration processes, delivering scope of work according to agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Update process-related documents, support audit documentation,
  • Track budget performance, adjust planning based on evaluations in SAP and Excel, and serve as the primary contact for budget owners, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries,
  • Review and approve contracts to comply with legal requirements,
  • Prepare, control, and execute month-end and year-end closings.

Our requirements

  • Experience in accounting in an international environment - preferably in Accounts Payable,
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken,
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP is an asset,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Proficiency in business email communication.
