Your responsibilities

• Dedicated order handling support for assigned markets (daily contact with sales unit/customers)
• Organize international shipments and deliveries
• Monitor order execution and KPI performance
• Collaborate with factories, warehouses, finance, and pricing teams
• Handle import/export documentation
• Prepare reports and proposals for customers

Our requirements

• ERP experience (JDE) and strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup);
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Is well-organized, communicative, and team-oriented
• Has a “can-do” mindset and embraces continuous improvement
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Adaptability to new working environments.

Optional

• Experience in HVAC and knowledge of customs procedures
