Your responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruitment across various departments including Software Engineering, Quality Engineer, Product Management, Device Engineering, Cloud Ops, and other departments.
  • Proactively targeting and sourcing of candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other sources.
  • Conducting phone, virtual and in person interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for Alarm.com.
  • Planning and execution of recruiting cycles to create a strong candidate pipeline, ensure accurate recruiting data, deliver high quality customer service to hiring managers and candidates and fill positions in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with hiring managers on job description development, interview plans, candidate profile creation, candidate evaluation, and selection.
  • Working closely with Human Resource Business Partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in full life cycle and technology recruitment (candidate must have experience completing all stages including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, negotiation and closing candidates).
  • Corporate recruiting and technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts for appropriate identification and evaluation of candidates.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver assignments on time in a dynamic environment.
