Your responsibilities

  • Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
  • Analysing and solving customer’s queries
  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
  • Making changes to the system
  • Upselling and promoting products

Our requirements

  • French at C1 level or above
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (8am-10pm/12am, Monday-Sunday)
