Your responsibilities

  • Manage and support commercial operations with a focus on the French-speaking market.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing market share.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between French-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracts and service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on commercial processes and tools.
  • Help resolve customer inquiries and issues related to product offerings, pricing, and operational challenges.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and product campaigns targeting the French-speaking market.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all commercial activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on best practices in commercial operations.

Employer requirements

  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in commercial operations, sales support, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
