Your responsibilities

• Performing all tasks related to the construction and renovation of wooden structures, including frameworks, floors, roofs, ceilings, and walls.
• Installation and dismantling of various building components, including windows, doors and stairs
• Preparing materials and the workspace, including measuring and cutting wood and other materials.
• Taking measurements and making simple calculations related to construction projects.
• Applying construction techniques in accordance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborating with other specialists and team members to complete construction projects.
• Reviewing plans and technical drawings, for reassesment.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good technical condition, including regular inspections and maintenance. Reporting to the nearest leasder if anything is missing to do the work more effective.
• Ensuring safety at the workplace, including compliance with health and safety regulations and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Solving problems and making decisions related to the work performed based on experience.
• Reporting completed work to nearest leader.
• Providing professional work with the best ability
• Helping junior employees and sharing knowledge about carpentry techniques.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques, including the ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Experience in building wooden structures such as frames, walls, and roofs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
• Manual precision in executing details and finishes.
• Knowledge of building materials, their applications, and properties.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other crew members.
• Attention to workplace safety and familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Experience in repairing and maintaining structural elements both framework and facades
• High motivation and readiness to take on new challenges and learn.
• Time management skills and the ability to organize work on a construction site.
• Skills in concrete work are definitely a plus.
• Flexibility in task approach and ability to work in diverse conditions.
• Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team.
