Your responsibilities

• You are the driving force behind the conception and design of the PAYBACK marketing platform, especially in the product area you are responsible for
• You are responsible for the end-to-end development of digital products, from vision, through implementation, launch, and optimization during ongoing operations
• You advise and support the departments in Germany as well as the international PAYBACK markets with ideas and requirements
• You act as an interface between stakeholders from the departments, developers, and your team members from the "Product" area
• You are close to the market, always aware of the latest developments, and able to derive strategies

Our requirements

• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital product management – ideally for backend functionalities and you are also experienced in project management
• You think and design new products agilely – from the first step as a Minimal Viable Product to the long-term Point of Arrival
• Complex tasks and problem-solving make your eyes light up
• You enjoy understanding, questioning, and optimizing existing technical processes
• You communicate confidently, convincingly, and recipient-oriented at all organizational levels, and your team spirit, creativity, and open-mindedness enrich our team
• Very good English skills complete your profile ( please send your cv in English)
• You are ready to work 3 days from our office in Warsaw
